Terms of Service

Job Compass is a productivity tool that helps you search jobs on LinkedIn, save outreach progress, and track replies. It runs as a floating overlay inside your existing LinkedIn session. You drive every action — Job Compass does not send messages, submit applications, or contact anyone without your explicit click.

• You are responsible for using Job Compass in accordance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any other platform whose data you interact with through the extension.
• You are responsible for the content of every message, application, and email you send through Job Compass. We never review, gate, or modify your text — we just transmit it on your click.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We use Google OAuth for sign-in and never see your password.
• You will not use Job Compass to send spam, harass, or impersonate other people. We may suspend accounts that we determine, in good faith, are doing so.

We provide the extension as-is. We try hard to keep it working reliably, but we make no warranty that it will be available, fast, bug-free, or compatible with any specific version of LinkedIn. LinkedIn changes its private APIs frequently — features may temporarily break and we will fix them as quickly as we can.

Job Compass has a free tier with daily limits and a Pro tier (₹999/month INR or $15/month USD) billed via Razorpay. Pro is month-to-month and you can cancel any time from the extension's billing screen. If a paid feature doesn't work as described within 14 days of purchase, email support@insightron.ai for a full refund.

The extension, its source code, and the Job Compass brand are owned by 4UGUSTA. You receive a non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your personal job search and outreach. You do not receive any rights to the source code.

The data you create inside Job Compass (campaigns, drafts, contact notes) belongs to you. You can export or delete it any time — see the Privacy Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4UGUSTA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, from your use of the extension. Total liability for any claim relating to the extension is capped at the amount you paid us for the extension in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You can stop using the extension and delete your data any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms. Your data export rights survive termination — see the Privacy Policy.

Material changes will be announced via an in-extension banner and email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gaya, Bihar, India.
